If you haven't upgraded your TalkBroadband Plan yet, log onto http://toolbox.talkbroadband.com.au and click Upgrade.
To upgrade your InternetPhone software simply download and Install the application.

You do not need to uninstall the Trial Version; the Full version can be installed over the top.
Once you have downloaded the InternetPhone software, run the Installer and follow the prompts to install the software.
Install the InternetPhone software
Once your download has completed, double click the file to begin installing.

The Install Wizard will begin, Click Next to continue.

Once you have read over the software licence agreement, select I accept the agreement and click Next to continue.

Select where you would like the InternetPhone software to be installed.

Note: The default location is fine for most users.

Select where you would like the InternetPhone shortcuts to be created, and weather you would like the program to run on Windows Startup.

The InternetPhone software will now installed on your computer.

This should only take a few moments.

When the Instalation completes, you can start using InternetPhone right away.

So what's the difference?
The Full version of InternetPhone lacks the Advertising bar and the Time limit, you can also make calls to Mobiles. You must have a standard TalkBroadband plan to use it.
I have a friend who wants to signup, but he didn't get the promo pack with the headset, how can they signup?
During the Trial, anyone can signup online using their own headset by logging onto http://www.primus.com.au/internetphone
When the trial is over, Primus will be launching the full-featured InternetPhone, prices and plans to be announced. See http://www.primus.com.au/internetphone for more information.
Will Primus be providing headsets after the Trial?
No, the headsets were only provided as a one-time promotional offer, there are no plans to sell headsets in the future. You can find headsets at any electronic or computer retail store.
Can I use a normal (analogue) telephone handset with TalkBroadband?
You can use a normal handset (analogue) telephone handset with the standard TalkBroadband (ATA) product. See http://www.primus.com.au/TalkBroadband
After the trial, are calls from one TalkBroadband service to another still free?
Yes, Calls between TalkBroadband InternetPhone Services, and Standard TalkBroadband services are free.
